When I met you first time about 2 years ago to discuss possibilities of preparing the draft design of our bungalow in Kothrud, Pune, I could see the spark in your eyes and the way you made simple but impressive sketches. I was impressed.
I already had detailed discussions with a couple of other architects prior to your meeting and I could feel vast difference between the kind of simple, innovative yet practical ideas those can be incorporated easily. Afterall, we build our house once in our life time and we put in all our life time earnings in to it and we expect it to fulfill our dream.
I saw your previous designs and I decided to award the responsibility to your company. Well, you presented the draft design in a very short span and with some minor changes to suit the VASTU aspects the design was just accepted.
During the execution period for the last 15 months or so you have been quite co-operative and suggested changes at the site appropriately and given totally acceptable results.
Your computer design skills and use of suitable software to get the 3-D view has always given me the vision of the dream getting shaped up before it is constructed.
Well, your soft yet firm approach towards solving the problem is the key to your success and I am sure this approach will take you to new undisputed position in your field.

I wanted to renovate my 2 BHK flat. The flat is actually 20 years old and the architecture hadn’t been changed since then. In my opinion, we never come to know our real requirements and problems unless and until we start living in the house. The old interior was nice but now we had different issues and requirements.
